God Already Knows What You Need

Luke 12:29-31: And do not seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, nor be worried. For all the nations of the world seek after these things, and your Father knows that you need them. Instead, seek his kingdom, and these things will be added to you.

I will no longe…

I will no longer stress over the things I cannot control; I will change the things I can control; but I will not allow anything to take control of me.

His Mercy

When I awake, I can’t help but thank God for His mercy. Everyday He graces us with new mercies; everyday is a new beginning, a new start for us to rectify, renew ourselves before Him.

We are blessed to serve such a wonderful God.

Restoration

I have learned to renew my mind everyday. Start my day off with a prayer, a praise, a worship, acknowledging that God is first and for most. I know that starting my day giving Him thanks will lead to an awesome rest of the day.

The love that exist in my heart is because the Lord has put it there. I have felt as though love has left my heart at times, and bitterness has consumed its place. We all know there is nothing impossible for God to make new.  He has restored my heart and saved my soul, it is such a blessing to be the daughter of a King.

Motivational Monday #MM

This Monday I need someone to motivate me lol. I just got back from spring break and starting school today. I am moving really slow this morning but I figure I’m allowed since it is Monday. 

Be inspired to do something special for someone else on this day, be a blessing to others by giving them a smile a hug or a simple “Good Morning”.

His Plan

God is strategic. He has laid out an exact plan for our lives right down to the smallest details. He knows the people you need to meet in order to fulfill your destiny. He knows who is going to give you a good break and who is going to put in a good word for you. He knows when someone is going to need to be there to help you out of a difficult time. God has it all figured out. He is not vague or approximate. He is orchestrating your life right down to the very second, causing you to be at the right place at the right time so you can meet the right people that He has ordained before the foundation of the world.

You probably can look over your life and see how, time after time, God directed your steps to the exact moment. If you had been ten seconds earlier or ten seconds later, things would have played out differently. That’s God orchestrating His plan. That’s God ordering your steps. All you have to do is stay faithful to Him and follow His leading because in the end, His plan will stand!

Motivational Monday #MM

Someone Once Asked Me

I have been through many struggles. Including but not limited to: physical abuse, emotional abuse, kidney cancer, anemia, 6 – 7 surgeries in the past two years. You may wonder how is it that I continue to keep my head up and smiling everyday. I smile and never give up because my God hasn’t taught me how. I keep moving forward because I am constantly encouraged by God and all the wonderful people God has allowed to come into my life. I thank God because he taught me that without Him, I cannot do anything. Alone I will fail, but with Him I will make it through.

Even though, I have endured incredible obstacles, I can say I have never been alone. God has always been by my side, He has taught me that I am not a victim, but that I am a survivor. With much pride I say and reiterate:

I AM NOT A VICTIM; I AM A SURVIVOR

Forgiving Friday #FF

I found this short essay about forgiveness and I will like to share a portion of it with you.

Forgiveness is not an event. It’s a process, a continuum, a destination. Forgiveness does not happen all at once. The resentment and anger may come seeping back into your soul. But don’t give up. Keep asking God to help you. Keep confessing your own sins, and in the knowledge that God forgives you, you will increasingly find the strength to forgive others. Forgiveness doesn’t happen overnight. But if does happen.

Forgiving is not an easy task, but its not an impossible one either. Continue to seek God’s strength to overcome whatever hurt someone may have caused you, and you will see you will start forgiving without realizing its happening.

Tip Tuesday #TT

Jeremiah 32: 26-27

Then the LORD’s word came to Jeremiah, saying, Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?

There are times when we have to go through things and we they are too small to bother God with the issue. But here is proof, in His word, that there is no issue too small for God nor too big. All your worries, All your cares, give them unto God, for it is Him who will be doing the fighting for you. You worry about doing His Will and He will take care of you.

When we are children we dream big, there are no limits.

As we grow into adulthood, we learn that limits do exist.

But as adults we must learn if those limits are going to hold us back from reaching our dreams or will they be our motivation to keep pressing towards our goals?

Dream big, don’t hold back, all in God’s time and will those dreams will come to pass.
